This can be because the insulation strip along the bottom of the garage door has become too worn and needs to be replaced. Not only will the insulation in your garage improve, but you can also be sure that your garage door is shutting quieter. Be sure that if you replace the insulation strip with a rubber insulation strip you don't cut it to fit perfectly under the garage door. Leave a little bit of length since rubber shrinks overtime.
